Armeni Beach is located in a small but charming bay just below the famous town of Oia. The resort of Oia sits high on the cliffs, offering visitors the most beautiful sunset views. To get down the coast from the town to Armeni beach, you have to descend almost 300 steps, or you can use the services of donkeys and mules, which are part of the traditional colour of Santorini.

Armeni beach is a small pebble beach surrounded by red and black rocks. It does not have tourist facilities in the form of sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, etc., but it is an ideal place for peace and relaxation. While you are lazing around, you can also have a snack in the local small tavern, which is famous for its fresh fish and octopus.

Thanks to the rocky coastline, the sea in the Armeni area is really crystal clear, and there is also a diving centre. A small fishing harbour forms part of the beach. You can also reach Armeni Beach by boat from the nearby Ammoudi Beach. The beach also offers a wonderful view of the island of Therasia, which lies directly opposite.
