Kallirhoé

In Greek mythology, several figures are referred to as Kallirhoé. According to the most famous interpretation, Kallirhoé was the daughter of the titan Okean.

Kallirhoé had as her husband the giant Chrysaor, who was born from the body of the dead Medusa. Together they produced Echinda (half woman and half serpent) and the giant Geryon (he had three bodies). Geryon was later killed by Heracles in the course of his quest.

However, Callirhoé may also have been the daughter of the river god Achelóa, or the daughter of the river god Skamander.
