Himeros

In Greek mythology, Hímeros is the son of King Lakedaimon and Sparta (daughter of the river god Euotas). He had several siblings, who were Amykles, Eurydice, Asine and Cleodice.

The goddess Aphrodite had such a great influence on Hymera that she awakened in him a love desire. In this desire, Hímeros unknowingly sinned with his sister Cleodice. When he realized his act, he jumped into the river and drowned.
